1. General Provisions

0coin is an online entertainment gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and a variety of other gaming options.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the 0coin platform and the user. 0coin reserves the right to make necessary changes at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as the user's acceptance of those changes.

The following basic conditions must be met to use the 0coin platform:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user is accessing the platform voluntarily and of their own free will.
• All information provided by the user is accurate and truthful.
• The user is not operating the account on behalf of any third party.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on the 0coin platform, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. 0coin's security systems are capable of detecting multiple accounts belonging to the same person. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Account Security

2.4 Identity Verification

0coin reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Users may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other valid identity documents when required. Withdrawal processing may be suspended if the required documents are not provided.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 0coin platform is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

When depositing funds into your account, you must ensure that:

• The funds are sent from a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payment methods may not be used.
• Every transaction is made from a legitimate source.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or any other security review is needed.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. That is, if you deposited via bKash, the withdrawal must also be made to bKash. If multiple methods have been used, 0coin will determine the withdrawal method at its own discretion.

3.3 Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, 0coin reserves the right to place it on hold for investigation. If evidence of fraud or money laundering is found, the associated account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

0coin offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms and Conditions

The following conditions always apply regarding bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on the 0coin platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the same person attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• 0coin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The 0coin VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Users can gradually advance to higher tiers through regular play. Detailed terms of VIP benefits are published separately.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 0coin platform are operated in a fair and impartial manner. If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage through a technical glitch, software bug, or any other dishonest means, the associated account will be closed.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game is not completed correctly due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, 0coin may declare that round void. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket, football, badminton, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn. If a match is postponed or cancelled, 0coin will determine the refund or outcome in accordance with its own policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0coin platform:

• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Engaging in collusion with other users.
• Using external information or technical advantages to influence game outcomes.
• Using false identity or documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Harassing or causing harm to other users.

Violating any one of these prohibitions gives 0coin the right to close the account and forfeit all funds.

7. Personal Data Protection and Privacy

0coin uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Personal data is not sold to third parties. However, providing information in compliance with a lawful order from a law enforcement agency may be a legal obligation on our part.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Extended period of inactivity.

A decision by 0coin to close an account is final, and 0coin will decide at its own discretion whether to return any legitimate balance in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

0coin bears no liability for the following:

• Disruption to gameplay or transactions caused by loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by a fault in the user's own device or software.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Any losses resulting from the user leaving their own account credentials unprotected.
